១. រឿងទី១គឺច្បាប់បោះឆ្នោតថ្មីចេញហេីយ គណៈកម្មការបោះឆ្នោតទាំង៩នាក់ក៏ចេញហេីយ បេីនៅសល់គឺនៅសល់តែរដ្ឋសភាអនុម័តិ។ ខាងក្រោមគឺជារាយនាមរបស់ពួកគេទាំងអស់។

២. ក្លោងទ្វារអង្គរសង្ក្រាន្តិបានក្លាយជាតួឯកក្នុងការពិភាក្សាគ្នាក្នុងបណ្តាញសង្គម ហ្វេសប៑ុក។ មានពាក្យរិះគន់ដេីម្បីស្ថាបនាជាច្រេីនដល់ការតាក់តែងនិងគូសវាសស្ថាបនាក្លោងទ្វាទាំងនោះ។ មតិភាគច្រេីនរិះគន់ថាទំរង់រចនាសិល្បៈដែលមានអ្នកគូសវាសនោះមានចេតនាបង្កេីតអោយមានភាពវឹកវរដេីម្បីកេងចំណេញផ្នែកនយោបាយ។ ទំរង់សិល្បៈនោះគឺក្រៅពីរូបសំណង់ទាំងមូលដែលមិនឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពី ខ្មែរហេីយ ពណ៌ក្រហមនិងលឿងឆ្លុះនោះគឺជាពណ៌ទង់ជាតិរបស់យក្សណាមសុទ្ធសាធ។
អ្នកជំនាញខាងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសិល្បៈរចនាបទខ្មែរបានរិះគន់យ៉ាងចាស់ដៃទៅលេី ការតុបតែងដែលរំលោភបំពានទៅលេីចិត្តវិញ្ញាណរបស់កូនខ្មែរអង្គរទាំងគឃ្លេីននេះ។ ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀត អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្តិហាក់បីដូចជាធ្វេីផ្ទុយស្រឡះពីការរកឃេីញរបស់ក្រុមអ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវនិងក្រុមអ្នកស្រលាញ់ពិភិតភណ្ឌបុរាណស្ថានដូចជាអង្គរ វត្ត ដែលបានអះអាងថាភ្ញៀវដែលមកទស្សនាប្រាង្គប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្តត្រូវតែមានដែនកំណត់ បេីមិនដូច្នេះទេការប្រេះស្រាំនិងការបាក់បែកថ្ម ក៏ដូចជាភាពអ៑ូអរបំផ្លាញដល់ភាពសក្តិសិទ្ធិរបស់ប្រាសាទនឹងបន្តបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញកេរតំណែលរបស់មនុស្សជាតិនេះកាន់តែខ្លាំងឡេីង។
Political Paradigm of Pragmatism from Khmer Youth part 14
This part, the author Mr. Sophan Seng analyzed joint theory of political leadership by illustrating different theorists such as Social Contract of Rousseau, three distinct political trends by Kissinger, and three types of leadership by Aristotle etc.
According to Jean-Jacques Rousseau, the leaders and followers are indispensible partner to make a political system and political culture workable. Social Contract has described the linkage that is original interdependent and interrelated.
For Henry Alfred Kissinger (born Heinz Alfred Kissinger), he found out that the world has shaped political landscape by its own attempts:
1. Pragmatists have produced democracy for those first world countries
2. Ideologists have produced communism for those second world countries
3. Revolutionists have produced independence from colonialists for those third world countries.
This theory tells us that Cambodia is in the third world countries behind those two types above. In term of freedom fighting, utopia revolutionary of Pol Pot, civil war, and foreign occupation including the traumatic warfare and conflicts after the UNTAC intervention in 1993, Cambodia is lagging behind the world indisputably.
Shall the embodiment of two party state: CPP and CNRP shape new political trajectory for Cambodia? Let be hopeful in pragmatism cultivation.

តំហយនៃបច្ចេកវិជ្ជាទំនេីប
ក្នុងសម័យបច្ចេកវិជ្ជាទំនេីបនេះ បណ្តាញសង្គមក្លាយជាយានសំខាន់ ក្នុងការងារនិងទំនាក់ទំនង។ ជាការសង្កេត មេដឹកនាំខ្មែរខ្លះនិយមសរ សេរភាសាខ្មែរ ខ្លះនិយមសរសេរតែភាសាអង់គ្លេស ប៉ុន្តែអ្នកខ្លះនិយមសរសេរខ្មែររួបប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស។ ជាការកត់សំគាល់ ការសរសេរភាសាខ្មែរមិនបានត្រឹមត្រូវប៉ុន្មានទេ នេះអាចជាចំណេះដឹងភាសាខ្មែរមានកំរិតឬក្តារបន្ទះយូនីកូដខ្មែរមានភាពស្មុុគស្មាញ។
Flaws of Modern Technology
This age of technology, social media has become important mode for work and communication. From our observation, some Khmer leaders prefer to write in Khmer, some prefer to write in English, but some prefer to write in Khmer and translate it into English. As noticed, Khmer writing is not generally rigid, this could be caused by Khmer language general knowledge, or Khmer unicode keyboard is still sophisticated.

មេដឹកនាំខ្មែរត្រូវជាអ្នកស្គាល់ភូមិសាស្រ្តខ្មែរច្បាស់លាស់ យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ស្គាល់ទីតាំងនិងលក្ខណះពិសេសនៃខេត្តទាំងអស់ ស្គាល់ស្រុកខ្លះនិងតម្រូវការរបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងស្រុកនីមួយៗ។

Khmer leaders should have good knowledge of Khmer geography, know all provinces on their locations and significances. At least, Khmer leaders know some districts and the need of the people living within those districts.

1. Dana = sharing with the populace
2. Sila = maintaining good conduct
3. Pariccaka = working selflessly
4. Ajjava = working honestly
5. Matthava = deporting himself with gentleness and congeniality
6. Tapa = rejecting indulgence through austerity
7. Akkodha = adhering to reason, not anger
8. Avihimsa = bringing tranquility through non-violence
9. Khanti = overcoming difficulty and conflict with patience
10. Avirodhana = not doing that which strays from righteousness
